In loving memory of Frank Jerry, Jr., who graced this world with his warmth and humor. Born on February 23, 1971, in Auburn, Washington, to Frank Jerry, Sr. and Sandra Miller, Frank brought joy to all who knew him until his peaceful passing on March 9, 2024, in Auburn, Washington.
Throughout his diverse career, Frank embraced a variety of roles, from landscaping to mechanics, logging, and working on skyscrapers. As a proud member of Labor Union 242, he dedicated himself to his craft with passion and skill. Additionally, he found solace and community as a member of the 1910 Shaker Church.
Frank found immense joy in the great outdoors, where he felt most alive. Whether gathering mushrooms, casting a line while fishing, or seeking the thrill of the hunt, he cherished every moment spent in nature. A talented photographer, Frank had a keen eye for capturing the beauty of the world around him, immortalizing moments that brought him joy.
A true artist at heart, Frank found creative expression through his drawings, delighting in the act of bringing his imagination to life on paper. His playful spirit shone through in his pranks and jokes, bringing laughter and light to those fortunate enough to know him.
Frank is preceded in death by his father, Frank Jerry, Sr., his father-in-law, Amos Nelson, his brother Clayton, his beloved aunts and uncles, and his grandparents, whose memory he cherished.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Thea Nelson Jerry, his children, Derek Sanchez, Dylan Joseph Nelson, Frank Jerry III, Dylon Williams, and Tunney Eyle-Nelson, and his daughters, Malory Nelson, Cameo Jerry, and Kaylee Nelson-Jerry. He is also survived by his loving parents, Sandy and Steve Heddrick, his sisters, Michelle and Janet, and his grandchild, who will carry on his legacy with pride.
In the hearts of those who loved him, Frank's spirit will live on, his laughter echoing through cherished memories. Though he may be gone from this earth, his light will continue to shine bright, guiding those who knew him toward a path of love, laughter, and joy. May he rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the beauty of nature he so dearly loved.
The viewing will be held Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Weeks’ Funeral Home in Buckley. The funeral service will be held Friday, March 15, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Muckleshoot Shaker Church, followed by the burial at New White Lake Cemetery.
