Beverlyann Brown Obituary (1934

BeverlyAnn Brown passed away at Life Care Center of Port Orchard WA on August 28, 2012 from Alzheimer's Disease. BeverlyAnn was born in Pueblo, CO, was a graduate of Battleground High School in Battleground WA. She attended Jr. College in Pueblo, CO. She met and married Melvin A. Brown September 5, 1953 in Pueblo, CO. She started her family in Colorado and later moved to Seattle in 1966. BeverlyAnn was a devoted mother to her two children, Mark and Debra. She worked for 18 years for Olympic Medical Manufacturing as an Engineering Secretary, and retired in 1995. She and her husband then moved to Port Orchard, WA. BeverlyAnn was active in her women's book club, enjoyed walking with her friends, was a dedicated volunteer to Children's Orthopedic Hospital and The American Cancer Society and was a cancer survivor. BeverlyAnn loved traveling in her trailer home with her husband and friends, loved gardening, and cooking with her family. She is survived by her husband Melvin Avery Brown, her son W. Mark Brown and wife Keri Livengood-Brown, daughter Debra M. Brown-Dunn and her significant partner John Arrabito. She has four grandchildren she was deeply devoted to, Jessica M. Dunn, Brittany A. Dunn, Sarah N. Brown, and Mathew A. Brown and step-granddaughter, Analise Arrabito. She will live in peace with her eternal Father along with her passed mother Hazel Baker-Galbraith and father Raymond F. Galbraith. She will be inurned at Haven of Rest in Gig Harbor, WA.
