Dorothy Jane (Mangan) Engebretson Obituary (1919

Dorothy Jane Engebretson, 96, died peacefully on Sunday, August 28, 2016. She was a resident of Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Center. She was born in Heckler, North Dakota but lived most of her life in Tacoma, Washington. She retired from a career in apartment/hotel management. Mom is survived by her sister, Lorraine Klejwa, 88, of Yuma, Arizona, and her three children, Lynette Brentin (Richard), Pamela Denner (Mark) and Timothy Engebretson (Rae), six grandchildren (Joseph, Amy, Samantha, Michelle, Angel and Timothy, Jr.), seven great-grandchildren (Paul, Alex, Taylor, Tanika, Jordan, Jerrell and Hailey), and numerous extended family members. A memorial service will be held at Agnus Dei Lutheran Church in Gig Harbor, on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 11:30 am with a luncheon to follow. Interment Haven of Rest Cemetery, Gig Harbor.
