Heide Bahm Obituary (1940

HEIDE DENKER BAHM Our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed away peacefully at St. Joseph Hospital on May 8th. She was born in Bremerhaven, Germany on June 2nd, 1940 and then traveled the USA and Germany as a part of a military family. She considered Gig Harbor her home, as she lived here 28 years. She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, John, children Vern (Stephanie),Tracy, and Jeff (Angie), as well as seven grandkids who adored her and whom she adored. Heide loved life and had the biggest giving heart. She especially loved all living things, be they plant or animal. At home, she cared for two dogs, two cats, four alpacas, and countless barn cats. Heide knew and loved the Lord. A very private family ceremony is planned. In lieu of flowers, any remembrances of her should be in the form of donations to the Humane Society or to your favorite local animal charity.
