John Frederick Holz, 72, passed away February 20th, 2024. John had a passion for boating and spent most of his career as a boat builder at Sunnfjord Boats in Tacoma. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, BBQing, and dotting about his 2 granddaughters.
John is survived by his daughter Christine Sandmire (Kurtis); granddaughters Caitlynn and Morgan; sisters Patrice and Janine; brothers Howard, Steve, and Jay. John is preceded in death by parents Howard and Therese Holz; sisters Rosanne and Laurie; and brother Terry.
John had a contagious laugh and smile that will be missed by many.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
