Leroy Charles Anderson, born on September 6, 1954, in Enumclaw, Washington, to parents Richard Anderson and Cecilia Anderson, passed away on February 19, 2026. A dedicated family man, Leroy was known for his funny, loving, generous, and thoughtful nature.
Leroy was a lifelong resident of Washington; He spent many years on Muckleshoot Indian Tribe. He was a retired Puyallup tribal commercial fisherman, a profession that spanned several years and was a part of the tribal community. His hobbies included playing baseball and basketball when he was younger and supporting his family who played sports as he got older. Leroy loved watching sports and when he wasn’t with family he liked to occasionally gamble and cruise around in his truck. However, what mattered most to Leroy was his family. He surrounded himself with his siblings, many nieces, nephews, and cousins spending most of his time with them.
Leroy is survived by his sisters Pamela Jackson, Debbie Anderson, Rosie Anderson, Margie Jamison, Barb Mckay and Ann Siddle; his brothers Dennis Anderson Sr. and Penoke Hatch; and his numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Cecilia Anderson, his brothers Richard, Kenny, Bill, Gordon, Richard “roller”, and Barry Anderson, his sisters Barbara Hatch, Rebecca Penn, Penny Miller, Christine Barr, and his sweetie, Dot Williams.
