Lori Jean (Willson) Estep Obituary (1967

Lori Jean (Willson) Estep, 44, was a West Seattle native whose interests were wide-ranging, including music, baking, and aviation. Lori had a deep affection for dogs, especially her family's rescue Alaskan malamute. She worked in banking customer service, tracked Orca whales around Puget Sound, and cheered the UW Huskies. She collected Coca-Cola memorabilia and avidly followed her favorite local bands. A cherished mother, sister, daughter, and friend, Lori's death was unexpected and she is deeply missed. Her final gesture was on Father's Day, when Lori provided new life to numerous organ recipients. She is survived by father Bob Estep; children Kira (Johnny) McElhose, Ian Willson, and Colin Willson; siblings Shelley (Gene) Haba, LouAnn Stanley, Robert (Alison) Estep; nephew Barrett and niece Lauren, and many extended and loving relations. Lori joins her mother, Helen, in the life everlasting. In lieu of flowers, donations given on behalf of her children are appreciated. The service is at University Presbyterian Church on June 29 at 2 p.m.
