Mitsuko Linda Parker Obituary (1931 - 2017)

Mitsuko Linda Parker of Roy, WA, born March 1, 1931 in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, died November 6, 2017 at her home in Roy. She worked in food service for ten years at Western State Hospital. Mitsuko loved playing golf and watching the Seattle Mariners and Seahawks. She loved her family and friends. She was very artistic and played the piano. She loved music and dancing. Mitsuko is survived by her sons John (Linda) Main, Mickey Parker, and Glen (Karen) Parker; and her daughters Lillian Parker and Kathy (Jerry) Moyer; as well as eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband Francis Glen Parker and her son Jerry Parker. A Visitation will be held at Weeks' Dryer Mortuary 220 134th St. S., Tacoma, WA 98444 on Saturday, November 11 from 3-7 PM. A Funeral service will be held at Weeks' Dryer Mortuary on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 11 AM, followed by a graveside service at Roy Cemetery at 1:30 PM.
