Patricia (Pat) Earlene (Moreland) Guida Obituary (1954 - 2023)

Patricia (Pat) Moreland Guida was born in Port Townsend, WA. She was the daughter of Price and Rosetta Moreland. After high school, Pat joined the Army as a combat Medic. While stationed in Georgia Pat met and married Dave, her husband for almost 50 years. She was the love of Dave's life. Pat achieved an A.S. degree in Cardio/Pulmonary and a B.S. in nursing, all while raising three daughters: Angela, Denise, and Emily; and a contractor husband. Pat thrived in California, but finally came back to her 1st love, the State of Washington, and resided in Gig Harbor for over 30 years. Pat was also blessed with a son-in-law Mat, who was a son to us, and her loves, grandsons James and Anthony. Pat is survived by her brother Price and sister Gale of the Port Ludlow area. Pat was a giver, volunteering with her cherished friend Carolyn MacLeod at St. Nicholas nursing ministries. Pat retired after 30 years of nursing. Pat also enjoyed volunteering at Fish Food Bank in Gig Harbor in various capacities. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Doctors Without Borders.
