Penny Lynn (Smith) (Fink) Bangert Obituary (1947 - 2024)

Penny Lynn (Smith) Fink- Bangert was born in Puyallup in 1947 to parents Ben and Anita Smith. She has two brothers, Jerry Smith who passed in 2022 and Ben Smith (Kathy) of Eatonville. Her sister Terrie (Smith) Tharge-Maas lives in Buckley. She has a daughter Tammy ( Fink) Baxter (Kevin) and son Tony Fink, (Nicole) both in Enumclaw. She was married to Thomas Fink for 34 years and to David Bangert for 14 years. She graduated from Franklin Pierce highschool in 1966 and went to Beauty school in Tacoma.. She owned and operated Pennys Haircut Boutique for many years and later moved to the Heritage house Salon. Penny loved to tell everyone about her grandchildren Tony, Travis, Tommy, Taylor and Emily as well as great grandson Brody. Penny loved Fishing, singing and Playing the banjo. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Buckley Eagles club, and the Tacoma Banjo Band. She spent several years in Yuma Arizona. Penny is now in Heaven with her parents, brother, husbands and friends.
