Rance Gilchrist Obituary (1945

Rance proudly served in the United States Marine Corp. from 1964-1968. Retired from Boeing in Renton, Washington as a Carpenter. He fought a good long battle with COPD for years. He was a very proud Marine and Vietnam Veteran and a gentle, good man. He like wood working, camping, and doing things with his family. He also strongly supported Wounded Warrior Project, if you would like to donate in his name the family knows he would be proud to be associated with that. Survived by his Wife Rita; Sons Russell & Randy Gilchrist, Chris Lee and Tom Nader; Daughters Kym Burrington and Niki Boultinghouse; Brother Russell Gilchrist of Omak, WA; Sisters Penny Niles of Great Falls, MT, and Raeann More of Auburn WA. He is also survived by his Niece Janeen Lewis of The Dalles, OR; Nephews Robert Moore of Kent, WA; Ricky Gilchrist of Omak, WA;Tim Gilchrist of Fargo ND and William Gilchrist of Great Falls, MT; and 12 Grandkids. Rance was well loved by his family. His lovely wife Rita was his rock. Rance will be very much missed but not forgotten. Go rest high on that mountain brother. Semper Fi!
