Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Reagan found joy in the presence of her loved ones. Late-night drives with her siblings held a special place in her heart, providing cherished memories. Her interests included drawing, hiking, fishing, shopping, makeup, reading, music, and watching horror movies. Above all, Reagan's unwavering faith defined her character and purpose. She served as a witness to her Christian faith, spreading positivity and sharing her testimony of God's power. Even in the face of adversity, Reagan's smile and upbeat, bubbly personality drew people in, leaving an everlasting impact on their lives.
Reagan was a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Her spiritual journey was marked by her baptism at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Sedalia, Missouri on May 18, 2003, and her confirmation at Zion Lutheran Church in Lincoln, Missouri, on April 9, 2017. She continued her faithful journey as a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Covington, Washington.
Reagan is survived by her devoted parents, Amy Carey, and Jackie Carey, as well as her adoptive father, Raymond Phillips. She held a special place in the hearts of her grandparents: Krystal Durham, her maternal grandmother from Sedalia, Missouri, and Shirley Goodwin, her paternal grandmother from Enumclaw, Washington. Reagan's siblings include Reece Carey-Phillips, Lilian Carey, Gabriel Phillips (adoptive sister), and Amber Gillmore (adoptive sister) and her husband Thomas, Deyton Durham, Luke Phillips, Jackson Carey, River Carey (Alexis), Skylar Carey (Braysia), and Michael Phillips (adoptive brother) and his wife Brittany.
