Ronald “Ron” Ollom and Robert “Bob” Ollom — Together in Life, Together in Remembrance.....
Ron and Bob Ollom — brothers, best friends, and devoted companions to family and friends — passed away within 87 days of one another, each surrounded by memories of a life lived fully and on their own terms. They will be remembered for their warm laughter, their devotion to family, and the simple joys that defined them.
Ronald “Ron” Ollom
Ron loved the outdoors and good conversation. He could often be found riding his Harley on open roads, fishing at favorite spots, or hunting with family and friends. A passionate car enthusiast, Ron enjoyed working on and talking about classic cars. He took particular pride in making what many called one of the best chocolate cakes anyone had tasted. Steady and detail-oriented, Ron cherished meaningful chats over coffee and long drives. He served his country in the military and remained deeply proud of that service throughout his life. The bonds he formed with his brothers were among his greatest treasures.
Robert “Bob” Ollom
Bob passed 87 days after Ron. They cared for one another throughout their lives, reflecting the deep connection they shared. Bob enjoyed music, dancing, and watercolor art, watching WWE and westerns and was an active member of Bonney Lake Nazarene Church, where he was proudly baptized later in life. He rode a chopper in the 1970s, drove a Corvette in the 1980s, and rode a Harley in the 2000s with Ron. Like his brother, Bob loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He had a season as a truck driver and was really proud of that time spent learning and seeing the country. Primarily, he was a skilled carpenter, Bob’s craftsmanship and Ron’s skills as a carpenter too complemented one another in both professional and personal building projects. They both were proud of their contribution to the I90 and 520 Bridge projects.
