Zoe Darlene Ticehurst Obituary (1932

Zoe Ticehurst 82, passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital on June 22, 2015 surrounded by family. Born July 14, 1932 to Ted and Elva Mueller, she grew up in North Bend Washington. Zoe left North Bend for the city of Seattle with her first husband Harold Kephart. She then met Jim Ticehurst, they lived in several places finally settling in Enumclaw where she resided for the last 36 years. Jim and Zoe owned Cascade Golf Course in North Bend. They then moved to Maple Valley in 1968, Zoe worked at Carusos Restaurant, the Black Diamond Eagles, Picks in Issaquah and retired after 10 years at the Johnsons Do It Center in Maple Valley. Zoe was preceded in death by her husband Jim in 1994. She is survived by seven children, Carole (Mike) Olson, Karen Ruppert, Jeff (Amy) Kephart, Pete (Marcie) Kephart, Kim (Dennis) Germann, Bret (Margaret) Ticehurst, Ted (Sherrie) Ticehurst and stepson Jim (Heidi) Ticehurst. There are 15 Grandkids, 14 Great Grandkids plus two on the way. Her beloved cat Spike and her very good friends that helped her so much. Many thanks to her Doctors, St. Elizabeth hospital, Enumclaw Fire and Rescue EMT. A Celebration of Life will be held on July 26th at the Black Diamond Community Center. Remembrances can be made to a Pet charity of your choice, St. Jude Childrens hospital or Special Olympics. You can now garden and paint to your hearts content and go fishing all you want Mom.
